This multi-faceted ensemble performs music created out of a unique fusion of traditional Nigerian Yoruba, Highlife, Afrobeat, Latin, and elements of folklore with jazz, rock, and pop. Toby Foyeh composes, arranges, produces the band's music, and sings with the backing female singer-dancers.
The band features traditional African instruments such as Gangan (Talking Drum), Kalimba (Thumb Piano), assorted percussion, flutes, guitars, keyboards synthesizers, male and female leads, and chorus vocals. Their music expresses social situations in Africa, the people, their joys and pains spirits, mountains, rivers, forests, and animals.
