In brief Tara Lipinski is the youngest Olympic, World and U.S. National Ladies Figure Skating Champion in history.

Tara surpassed Sonja Henie's long standing records when she won the World Championship at age 14 and skated to Olympic Gold in Nagano, Japan at age 15. In Nagano, she also became the youngest ever to win an individual Gold Medal in any Winter Olympic Games.


Continuing her streak in breaking age records, Tara became the youngest ever World Professional Ladies Champion at age 17 in 1999. In her last two years as an amateur, Tara dominated her sport by placing first in five of the six major competitions held. As a professional, Tara continues her winning ways - she is undefeated in every professional competition.
