Sha' Givens lives by the motto: THINK OUT OF THE BOX! She has become one of the most powerful speakers of her generation. She has been featured in ESSENCE and Gospel Today Magazine, as well as appear on a host of television shows and news programs around the country. As a champion for women and youth she is frequently seen discussing some of the most challenging issues of our time. As an advocate for girls living in Africa she is actively exposing the affects of human rights violations with dignitaries and local citizens world-wide.

She is the author of three books, THROUGH THE STORM, I AM WOMAN: Walking in God’s Divine Purpose, and SEX and the SINGLE CHURCH SISTER: How To Keep Your Dress on When You Want to Take It Off. She is also a contributing writer to the Women of Color Devotional Bible and book. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in English with an emphasis in writing, theory and criticism from San Diego State University. Givens is a licensed minister and uses biblical principals and truths to encourage and uplift congregations and audiences around the world.
