Rev. Arnold M. Culbreath

Rev.Culbreath is the Urban Outreach Director of Life Issues Institute, Inc., an organization established to serve the educational needs of the pro-life movement, internationally headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio. He oversees its Urban Outreach Initiative, Protecting Black Life, with a primary objective of reaching the black community with the pro-life message.

Holding degrees in Architectural Engineering and Theology, Arnold has worked simultaneously in both fields for many years. Throughout his life, he has been intentional in promoting racial reconciliation and developing cross-racial relationships, positively impacting lives on many different levels. He was the Kroger Company’s first African-American draftsman, and also designed and managed construction projects for The City of Cincinnati. He is an ordained minister with 23 years experience, having served as Senior Pastor of the Tryed Stone Baptist Church and the First Liberty Baptist Church, both located in Cincinnati, OH. He also served as Urban Youth and Family Pastor of the University Christian Church (Cincinnati, OH), and was the first African-American on their pastoral team. He attends the Heirs Covenant Church of Cincinnati and serves as one of the associate pastors, as well as a member of the board of directors.
