Peggy O'Neill is 3 feet 8 inches tall, a "little person" living in a big world. She celebrates her uniqueness and works as an inspirational speaker, diversity trainer, life-coach and author. Known as "the tiny speaker with the huge message", her story, along with her style, are heartwarming, humorous and insightful.

Before becoming a speaker/author, Peggy O'Neill worked as a body-centered psychotherapist, and is certified in the Hakomi Method. In her private practice, she has helped many individuals overcome the hardships of feeling unworthy and inadequate, and to enjoy success and happiness in their lives. Earlier in her career, Peggy earned a BA in Education from MIU as well as a BA in Photography from the Art Center College of Design. She has also completed courses from the Coaches Training Institute.
