Mary Ellen Renna, M.D. has been involved in Pediatric studies for 20 years. Dr. Renna is a member of an elite group of physicians who are certified Physician Nutrition Specialists. With her nutrition certification and her pediatric board certification, she is extremely qualified to develop a successful program like this one to help solve the unhealthy epidemic in children.


She began her education at SUNY Stony Brook, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry, Cum Laude. She graduated with her Medical Doctorate from the New York University School of Medicine in 1986. Dr. Renna then interned and completed her residency at the North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, N.Y.
