Lin Hart is a leader who brings years of hands on experience to his topics, Change and Leadership. As A former executive with AT&T Network Systems, he was selected to lead the strategic planning effort that formed AT&T Network Systems International Engineering Group, an assignment that involved global start up operations in 15 different countries.

During his career as a leader Lin developed an impressive record of success in galvanizing diverse working groups into successful teams. Many of his views on change and leadership have been influenced greatly by his experience in the rapidly changing world of technology.

After nearly 30 years in the telecommunications industry, he left AT&T in to start his own company, Lin Hart & Associates, providing Speaker Services and coaching to corporate clients. Among his list of clients are The Gillette Company, Nestle, Verizon, Bell South, The Consumer Bankers Association, Proctor & Gamble, Lucent Technologies, The Eveready Battery Co., AT&T, The Ultramar-Diamond Shamrock Oil & Gas Co., Mid-American Energy, SBC and The U.S.D.A Forestry Service.
