Ken Casey is the special representative to World Vision's international president for the organization's HIV/AIDS Hope Initiative. In this role since March 2001, Casey oversees the strategic implementation of the initiative, which strives to reduce the global impact of HIV/AIDS through prevention, care and advocacy efforts.

Casey works with World Vision's regional vice presidents, regional HIV/AIDS directors and national directors worldwide, as well as with other humanitarian organizations to ensure that World Vision pursues the most effective HIV/AIDS prevention and care practices available. He also works closely with marketing and program leadership to provide AIDS programs with the resources they need to succeed.
