Introduced as "Dr. Robert Payne," a highly touted government "expert" straight from Washington, D.C., Durwood Fincher presents an audience-tailored program filled with enough bureaucratic rhetoric to spin heads. Slowly it becomes clear that "Dr. Payne" is saying nothing at all. Laughter erupts and the fun begins. A Program Option: Fincher will pose as a roving reporter and conduct interviews of event attendees. Asking meaningless questions but soliciting thoughtful answers, he later delivers a hilarious presentation incorporating all the ill-gotten clips. His questions make no sense... yet it is truly amazing how many people answer rather than admit they haven't a clue as to what he's talking about.
