His professional skills include effective leadership development for both the personal and corporate arenas, including dynamic programs for leaders to clearly define missions and values-based goals and utilize modern management skills. During 1995-2002, he served as an associate for Creative Management Group, Inc, where he helped hundreds of financial advisors increase their professionalism, productivity and profitability. He first focused on strengthening their value-added client services and then their marketing systems and went on to help them to produce a measurable improvement in their results.
