Connie Podesta radiates a super-charged, high-energy presence, that immediately involves people and has them responding to her exciting challenge to reach for the best in themselves! With her talent for humor, flair for drama and unique insight into human behavior, Connie delivers solid content and practical techniques that can be put to use immediately at work and home.
 
Connie obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Speech/Drama and Education at Northern Illinois University, her Master's Degree in Human Relations at Eastern Connecticut University and her certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor from the State of Louisiana. A licensed professional counselor who has worked with individuals, couples, and adolescents, she is president of Communicare, a firm that specializes in dynamic and innovative presentations. She has authored two books: How To Be The Person Successful Companies Fight To Keep, and Self Esteem & the Six-Second Secret. An experienced television and radio talk show host, she is also an accomplished actress and successful playwright, and has written and performed her play, Journey, before audiences across America. In addition to all of this, she has written and co-produced her own inspirational song, Together We Can Build a Better World. This wide range of experience, coupled with her own unique perspective and insight, serves her well in addressing health care, education, and business and industry professionals.
