Christina Hoff-Sommers is the W. H. Brady Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute. She has previously taught at Clark University, where she specialized in ethics and contemporary moral theory, the University of Pittsburgh, the University of Massachusetts, and Brandeis University. She received her Ph.D. in Philosophy from Brandeis University and her B.A. from New York University.
Dr. Hoff-Sommers is the author of the well-known Who Stole Feminism? How Women Have Betrayed Women. She is co-editor of a popular college textbook on ethics, Vice and Virtue in Everyday Life: Introductory Readings in Ethics, and Right and Wrong: Basic Readings in Ethics. Dr. Hoff-Sommers has written extensively on the subject of feminism and American culture with articles in such places as the Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The National Review, USA Today, and The New Republic. She has also published in many scholarly journals including the Journal of Philosophy and The New England Journal of Medicine. She has appeared on such television shows as "Nightline," "The CBS Evening News," and "Crossfire."
