Carlos Conejo is the author of several books, including: Recruiting & Retaining Multicultural Employees, Motivating Hispanic Employees, Selling to Multicultural Businesses and The Crabs of Santo Domingo: The Power of Working Together
President of an internationally recognized organization assisting firms in better understanding the emerging US minorities and their cultural and economic impact on America.

Undeterred, he placed #1 in the company's prestigious Century Club. Most recently, he comes to us from eight years in the managed healthcare field, where he worked for various health care companies as a Product Manager and Sales Manager. Mr. Conejo is currently President of an internationally recognized organization assisting firms in better understanding the emerging US minorities and their cultural and economic impact on America. He is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the American Society for Training and Development. He is also a Business Consultant for the North Los Angeles County Small Business Development Center and an international seminar leader for Dun & Bradstreet Education Services. Most recently, he has been appointed Chairman of the National Speakers Association Diversity Professional Experts Group (PEG). The Diversity PEG provides a forum of advanced experts who speak professionally within the NSA.
 
Furthermore, Mr. Conejo serves on the planning committee for the U.S. Hispanic Leadership Conference in Chicago. This conference typically gets over 7,000 participants, often including high-ranking presidential cabinet members.
