World-renowned management psychologist, consultant, and best-selling author Bradford D. Smart, Ph.D., will discuss Topgrading, a popular technique for consistently recruiting, hiring, coaching, promoting, and managing high performers, at the King’s College Family Business Forum at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, in the Sheehy-Farmer Campus Center, located between North Main and Franklin streets.

After completing his doctorate in industrial psychology at Purdue University, Smart entered consulting, and, for more than 25 years has been in private practice as President of Smart & Associates, Inc., based in the Chicago area. He is acknowledged as one of the world’s foremost experts on hiring, having conducted in-depth interviews with over 6,500 executives.
